Refund Policy

Legal services involve time, expertise, consultation, and administrative work. Therefore, fees paid for completed work are generally non-refundable.

2. Consultation Fees

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.

• If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you may request to reschedule without additional charges.

• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in the fee being forfeited.

3. Service Fees and Retainers

If you have paid a fixed fee or retainer for legal services:

• If work has not yet started, you may request a refund, subject to a reasonable administrative deduction.

• If work has already commenced, the refund (if any) will be calculated after deducting fees for work completed, time spent, and administrative costs.

• Once a matter has been completed or documents have been delivered, no refund will be issued.

4. Client Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your case or services after engagement:

• Any advance payment will be adjusted against work already completed.

• Any remaining balance, if applicable, may be refunded at our discretion.

• Administrative and processing charges may apply.

5. Company Cancellation

If Sardar Khan & Co is unable to continue providing services due to conflict of interest, legal restrictions, or other valid reasons:

• Any unused portion of the advance or retainer fee will be refunded.

6. Third-Party Fees

Any payments made to third parties (such as:

• Court fees

• Government fees

• Filing charges

• Translation or expert fees

) are non-refundable, as these are outside our control.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment, where possible.

8. Non-Guarantee of Outcome

Legal outcomes depend on many external factors. Fees paid for legal services are for professional time and expertise only. Refunds will not be issued based on case outcome or results.
